Since we have been getting a little influx of views, I wanted to give a little update so people know we haven't abandoned this. This past year, we also co-directed and wrote a post-apocalyptic animated short about Indigiqueer love, called Kimotiwin, which you can watch on HBO Max in US/Crave in Canada.  Caeleigh and I are both Masters students, who accidentally spent most of our time on Kimotiwin and Mikiwam instead of our theses, so we've taken a break from creative work for a bit to finish our degrees. We still love the world of Mikiwam, we put a lot of love and care into the first chapter, we so appreciate anyone who takes their time to experience it, and we will be coming back to continue this story once we get out from under this mountain of work we've been fighting our way out of <3
